Texas rose festival

A festival located in Tyler, Texas to celebrate the local rose growing economy. College age women across the state participate in a themed show, parade and public tea party where they are presented in extravagant gowns. All dresses are designed by Jacob Climer and built with a team at Hook & Eye Studio. The dresses linked here are designs that I lead a team through creation and was the pattern maker for the petticoats, gowns, and many of the craft pieces or hats.
